A Pixel Carol

Summary:

A Pixel Carol is a 2D endless runner game, based on the Xmas tale of an evil Scrooge. Survive three festive levels, avoiding as many obstacles as possible. Enjoy the rush of presents and mistletoe as Scrooge tries to avoid all that he was, is and will become.

Level Difficulty:

Level1/Xmas Past - Easy

Level2/Xmas Present - Normal

Level3/Xmas Yet to Come - Hardcore

Controls:

Navigate through game with the Menu Buttons.

Move Up - Up Arrow Key

Move Down - Down Arrow Key

Pause Game - Esc Key

Restart Level - R Key

Quit to Main Menu - Q Key

Developer Message: This was my first game jam attempt/entry and I believe it has been given alot of thought and a simple gameflow,  bringing  back a restro-style to portray a classic Xmas story.

Development Schedule:

This Jams duration was 3-4 days worth over a chilled christmas period. These are rough estimates on how I scheduled my days of developing.

Day 1: Mon 21st Evening - Tues 22nd Morning

Day 2: Mon 28th Evening - Tues 29th Morning

Day 3: Wed 30th Evening - Thurs 31st Afternoon/Evening

Day 4:  Fri 1st Afternoon/Evening
